The Role of Project Manager at London AV Solutions
We are looking for an industry professional with 3-5 years + experience in residential AV project management. This role will be covering high-end large projects in London & Surrey split between new construction and upgrades.
We use Asana as our Project Management tool of choice and each role required to successfully deliver a project is detailed and each step of the project is mapped out. We have an in-house design team who will work alongside you to produce the documentation you require for the project.
We have an engineering team with in-house Crestron Home, Lutron and Control4 programmers. We aim to complete 80% of our project related work offsite with a dedicated rack building facility in Guildford at our Surrey HQ. All racks are wired offsite, tested and pre-configured prior to delivery on site.
We are looking for a new member of our team to work alongside us to deliver large contracts to our high-end VIP client base.

We provide all our Project Managers with a fully equipped vehicle and we ensure that all day to day expenses are covered such as parking and fuel.
Foreign Travel
We work on projects abroad in France, Italy, Spain and other destinations on behalf of our UK clients. There will therefore be the opportunity to travel and be part of these project teams if desired.
Company Equipment
Depending upon your position we would equip you with a company iPhone, iPad and/or laptop to assist you with your daily work. You will also have access to specialist test equipment if required.
Skills Development
Our engineers are our greatest asset and without strong, skilled engineers we would not be able to deliver the 5* service which our clients deserve. We therefore meet regularly with our engineers to identify any training courses which may be beneficial to develop their skills.
Expenses Card
We provide our engineers with an expenses cash card to ensure that they are not required to personally fund expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
