Our Ethos At London AV Solutions
On time and on budget is simply what we do. We’re a family firm. Perhaps that’s why the success of every project matters so much to us. We never say no and we always strive for excellence. We enjoy solving the challenges that leave others scratching their heads.
At the briefing stage, we spend time really understanding our clients’ lifestyle; how their house will be used and how the systems need to function. We work closely with each and every client (or their builder, architect, interior designer) to fully understand their needs and how technology can make their lives easier. We offer expert advice and only recommend solutions which we know are right, will meet the requirements we have discussed and will future proof the home.
Why Choose Us?
Family Run Business
We are a family run company and therefore we have true family values as a business. We believe in designing truly bespoke solutions for all of our clients.
We design our systems as individual projects, tailored to the clients requirements and budget. No two jobs will ever be the same.
Detailed, clear, line itemised proposals
We always provide a transparent, line itemised proposal, and these are confirmed figures based upon the requirements we have discussed. We do not believe in 'estimates' which then increase once we are appointed (unless the specification changes of course)
Our admin team are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm to answer any of your queries. We also have an out of hours maintenance team which can provide you with emergency assistance.
No quibble 1yr warranty
We provide a no-quibble 1 year warranty on all parts and labour for the systems we provide. If you have any issues during this year we will attend to resolve them and replace equipment if needed.
We have many years experience in this industry and also the electrical industry. We rarely say 'no' to a client when they ask for a solution which is difficult or challenging. We will always find a way to provide the client with the service they require - even if this involves some new solutions which have not been tried before!
